With our full-service design option, we will help with the planning, designing, project management, and finalizing the finishes & decor. We will help with the project organization and partner with tradespeople on ensuring the job is done right, on time, and within budget. From a design perspective, we’ll work through a few concept boards, create floor plans, and help you find the right furniture selections through our trade contacts.
Design Consultation Services
Don’t need help managing a full remodel & only want help with the material selections & furniture/decor sourcing? Then our Design Consultation Services is perfect for you! We will help with space planning in the existing space to determine the best flow/functionality, source materials within your budget, and help you find the perfect furniture/decor pieces to complete the room. If you already have a contractor working on the space, we can work directly with them on making sure the final touches are perfect!
Color Consultation Services
A one time service where you can get guidance from a professional on the best colors for your home based on your style & house. This can be a great first step if thinking about remodeling your home or starting a design project. The hour and a half is yours so feel free to ask any questions you may have!
Space Planning Services
This service is a great option if you only need help determining the best flow and function within a room. We will provide a couple different space plans based on our initial discussion concerning existing furniture, any potential new furniture, and how you plan on using the space & surrounding rooms.
Furniture & Decor Sourcing Services
An hourly rate service where the number of hours is based on scope. We will determine your needs within a space in our initial call, space plan, review concept boards with you, and source furniture & decor items to complete the room.
Seasonal Decorating
Have a big party or trying to get ready for the holidays and need help figuring out how to decorate the house? We can help! With our Seasonal Decorating service, we will help you come up with the vision, find & purchase the decor, and help you set up before the big event.
Virtual Design Services
Not in Denver and don’t want to pay for us to come out? No problem! We are able to help your home needs remotely. This can be for one room or the whole house. We will determine scope in our initial conversation and take it from there!
Small Boutique Commercial Design Services
We will help make the space align with your brand and speak to your customers. We are able to assist in full remodels or if leasing the space can help with minor improvements to ensure it’s both functional and fresh.
3D Renderings
Already have materials and floor plans picked out but looking for a way to bring it to life? We can do that! With 3D renderings, you are able to see all your selections come to life & get a feel for how it will look once installed. We use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape to bring your visions to reality!
